Moroccanoil Pure Argan Oil, 50ml

I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. It doesn't have any particular oily or nutty smell. I've only been using it for about a week, but I'm amazed at how well it absorbs into my skin. I've been using a homemade oil (a blend of macadamia nuts and avocados) after applying lotion, but this one absorbs so much more smoothly and leaves my skin feeling smooth. I apply a drop after applying lotion. My homemade oil was pretty good, but the more expensive it is, the better. It doesn't leave my skin feeling particularly shiny. However, it doesn't seem to coat my hands as well as it does my hands, so I need to apply something on top. I apply it to my hair after a bath, and it leaves my hair feeling smooth the next morning. As an aside, it's not for me, but for my mother, who has a skin condition. I read online that it's also used to treat psoriasis in its native country, so I apply a thin layer to her hands. Apparently hand cream and shea butter were too itchy, but this one seems to absorb well and work well. I've only been using it for about a week. Since it's a cosmetic product, I can't expect much, but I'm using it because it's pure oil. At your own risk.

My hairdresser recommended that a small amount spreads well and adds shine, and that it also protects against UV rays, so I've been using it ever since. Now, I have high hopes for this body oil. After a bath, I apply it to my hands, elbows, knees, and heels, areas that tend to be particularly dry. The instructions said that applying it to my cuticles, nails, and lips would also moisturize them, so I tried it, and it softened my dry, hard cuticles. My lips, which are prone to cracking, also became soft and moisturized. I think the moisturizing effect is quite high. It's not sticky after application, so it's great for use on the whole body, not just the face. I highly recommend it for the dry winter months. However, it says to massage it in, but I personally prefer to use a generous amount of oil to reduce friction when using it as a massage oil, so I wonder if it's not a very cost-effective option?

I have very dry, fine hair, and this makes it smooth and naturally manageable. I use a variety of oils and milks, both commercially available and salon-exclusive, but this seems to work for me. Milk isn't enough for my dry, fine hair, but oil makes it sticky... I'd recommend this to anyone like me. I received it in My Little Box some time ago and was so impressed that I wanted to buy it again, but it seems to have been discontinued and I couldn't find it anywhere, so I gave up. I'm so happy that it's now back in stock.
