I finished a bottle, so I bought this to see how effective it was, since it's an amino acid listed in the ingredients of a department store cleansing lotion that I'd previously found to suit my skin. It's probably most important that it suits my skin, but using it makes my rough skin soft and fluffy. I transfer it to a spray bottle I bought at a 100-yen store and use it. I wish Tunemakers would offer a spray or push-type cap instead of just a dropper, because it's so convenient. (Although it may only work with smooth concentrates...) I use about two pumps after washing my face before applying my other lotion, and my skin feels increasingly soft. The department store cleansing lotion was good, but it was expensive, so I hesitated to buy it again, so I'm very happy with the price! I'm interested in Tunemakers' other concentrates, but I'll continue to use this NMF amino acid.
I add this to my existing cream. Since I have sensitive skin, it takes courage to change my skincare routine. Following the instructions on the official website, I mix two drops into my cream. This is a unique feature of this undiluted serum. It can be applied after toner like a regular serum, or mixed into toner. NMF (natural moisturizing factor) is one of the moisturizing components of the stratum corneum, and is said to be approximately 40% amino acids. It's an important ingredient for retaining moisture. This serum contains eight main amino acids and moisturizing PCA-Na. It's fragrance-free, colorant-free, mineral oil-free, petroleum-based surfactant-free, and alcohol-free for peace of mind. With my usage, one bottle lasts nearly four months. Ingredients: Water, BG, Betaine, PCA-Na, Sorbitol, Serine, Glycine, Glutamic Acid, Alanine, Lysine, Arginine, Threonine, Proline, Methylparaben, Propylparaben
I bought this hoping for a moisturizing effect between cells. If I was aiming for this effect, would ceramide be better for me? I'm using it in combination with other products, so I can't say for sure... but I'll keep using it and see how it goes.
I've always had dry skin, and after developing skin problems, I decided to improve my skin's barrier function. I also use this product in conjunction with Tunemaker's Ceramide. I use about three drops of each. I also use Ply's Vitamin C Lotion. This combination really works for me, and it really improves my condition! While my original lotion felt like it was just moisturizing my skin, combining it with this one feels like it's perfectly blended with my skin. It's not that it doesn't penetrate, but rather that it creates a film. For those with dry skin, it may not be as moisturizing as it should be, and some may find it lacking. However, I personally don't feel like I need to reapply it. Both products were priced at 1,200 yen on major online retailers, so I'd definitely buy them again.
