What it is
This lotion penetrates the skin, melting moisture into it, protecting it from dryness. It is made with five types of "essential liquids" blended in a "moisture ratio." Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I've only been using it for a month, so I'm still waiting to see how it goes. Maybe my method of emptying it is wrong, but I'm a little worried about it clogging up when I empty it.
I bought this lotion because it had such good reviews. I used to have trouble with my skin getting rough and dry from masks rubbing against it, but since using this product, my skin has become so supple and moisturized thanks to its high moisturizing power. The texture is lighter than I expected, spreads easily, and absorbs quickly into the skin. There's no sticky feeling even after it's absorbed!
