What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wanted to try it again after a long time, so I bought it during the Special Week. It didn't do much for my melasma and dark circles around my eyes, but the dark red marks from adult acne next to them (on my face) have faded, which I'm very happy about! I'm giving it a higher rating than before.
It feels good to use. I use it in combination with Vitamin C.
I had some peeling, perhaps due to the arbutin, or perhaps because it just didn't suit my skin. I used it on my body instead of my face because I didn't want my foundation to stick properly. Naturally, it was gone before I could feel any effect on my body, so I can't really comment on it. I won't be repurchasing.
I haven't been able to use it yet, but it has a smooth texture and looks easy to use. I plan to mix it with my lotion.
I mix it with my facial cleanser. The foam is soft and fluffy, which feels great. I'll definitely buy it again as it has a whitening effect!
