What it is
Active ingredient: Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. Benefits: Cleanses hair and scalp to prevent dandruff and itchiness. Prevents sweat odor and keeps hair healthy. This medicated scalp care shampoo is formulated with an amino acid-type amphoteric cleansing ingredient as well as lecithin and sugar-derived scalp-clearing ingredients. Gentle on hair, it thoroughly cleanses away dirt and grime. Moisturizing extracts from Japanese, Chinese, and Western plants, such as aloe vera, ginseng, and senburi, promote a healthy scalp environment. *Packaging may change without notice.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's refreshing and great for summer!
I've tried a lot of products from the Off Hair series. I was soothed by the clean, refreshing scent of this one. The only downside is that it's expensive.
My scalp was itchy even after shampooing, so I tried this shampoo. It left my scalp feeling refreshed and moisturized, and my scalp didn't itch. This is the only shampoo I use during the summer. It's expensive, so I buy it using points and coupons.
I've tried a single-serving sample of Citrus Fresh and was impressed by the pleasant scent and refreshing feel. I bought the mini size to take with me when traveling. I think it's more suited to spring and summer than autumn and winter. Even though it's a mini size, it still has a decent amount, so I would be happy if the sample pouch was available for purchase.
It smells great, but I feel like non-medicated products have better cleaning power.
