Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have very thick, damaged hair. I'm also clumsy, so blow-drying is always a struggle. I've used a variety of hair dryers and irons, but this brush iron is by far the best. It sets up really quickly. I don't get any burns. All I have to do is comb my hair as if I were using a brush. I was amazed at how easy it is! I wish I hadn't bought it sooner. Even if it breaks, I'll buy another one. It's also reasonably priced, which is great. It comes in three colors. It's easy to operate, and the temperature can be adjusted to five different levels. It's portable, making it great for travel and storage.
I wish I had bought it sooner. I have thick, semi-long hair that's prone to volume. When I blow-dry with a brush or use a clamp-type straightening iron, depending on how I do it, it ends up getting even more volume or strange curls. In that respect, Agetsuya's brush-type iron helps keep the volume down by quickly brushing it before going out, saving time! I was torn between this and the comb-type iron, but this one is small and light, making it easy to use every day and convenient to take with me when traveling. I also had an ultra-compact straightening iron for travel, but I got rid of it immediately.

I think this is a good product for people with strong hair who are looking to save time.
