How to use
Please use after removing eye makeup with cleanser etc. Soak the tip in serum and apply generously to the base of your eyelashes and other areas of your skin. If you are wearing makeup in the morning, wait until the serum has dried before applying eyeliner or mascara. Use twice a day, morning and night. For best results, use daily.
