What it is

How to use
After washing your face, take a generous amount, slightly larger than a 500 yen coin, onto a cotton pad and lightly spread it over your entire face. Then, gently press into your skin to blend it in. <How to refill> (1) Remove the cap and the cap with the inner stopper. (2) While firmly holding the base of the spout, remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout firmly into the opening of the main container and slowly pour the contents in. (4) Close tightly until the marks line up.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

However, as far as I know, Elixir is the only product that can be used on any skin condition! Even though it's not specifically marketed for sensitive skin! I'm so impressed and happy, I'm thinking of buying the serum! I'll read through the reviews on Suzykirei again to see which one is best for me.
I used up the whole bottle. I received it for the first time from Suzykirei. I liked that it came with the milk, so I could use it freely without worrying about anything. My skin condition improved, and I thought it was simply a good product. After I used it up, I thought maybe I should buy some more, but I ended up buying a trial Obagi right after, and it was better, so I thought if I were to buy something, it would have to be Obagi.
It contains a generous amount, making it easy to use and leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth.

I've been using Elixir's lotion and emulsion for a long time, but as I've gotten older I've started to notice wrinkles and a lack of firmness, so I switched to the Advanced. Apparently, both the "Refreshing" and "Moisturizing" varieties have the same moisturizing power. I like the "Moisturizing" variety, which is a little thicker and easier to spread without spilling, and it feels moisturizing. Since I started using Elixir, my skin hasn't become too dry and rough, and I haven't experienced any tingling or redness, so I feel at ease and will continue to use it.
