How to use
After applying lotion, take a generous amount (slightly larger than a 10-yen coin) onto a cotton pad and gently spread it over your entire face, massaging it in with a circular motion. Then, gently press into your skin to blend it in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this for about seven years now. I don't understand why it has such average reviews. It's moisturizing but still keeps my skin hydrated, and it's really comfortable to use. I recommend it.
I used up the whole bottle. I received it for the first time from Suzykirei. I liked that it came with the lotion, so I could use it freely without worrying about anything. My skin condition improved, and I thought it was simply a good product. After I used it up, I thought maybe I should buy some more, but I ended up buying the Obagi trial product right after, and it was better, so I thought if I were to buy it, it would have to be Obagi.
It's really, really good. I have dry and mature skin, and adding this to my usual skincare routine has been amazing, so I'm reporting it here. I used to use lotion, serum, and cream in that order, but I was worried about dryness, so I got a sample of emulsion and tried out a few, and this is the one that made my skin feel the most plump in the morning. I've been using it for a week since I bought the actual product, and it's great. It gives my skin a glossy glow.
I bought this from Suzykirei shopping. I chose this to combat the dry winter weather! It's thick and has excellent moisturizing power. It's not sticky, but it's moisturizing and feels light on the skin. It does have a slight scent, but it doesn't bother me! I'm happy that it has given my skin firmness!
I've been using this for a long time and it blends well with my skin and is very comfortable to use, so I highly recommend it.
