How to use
After applying lotion, take a generous amount (slightly larger than a 10-yen coin) onto a cotton pad and gently spread it over your entire face, massaging it in with a circular motion. Then, gently press into your skin to blend it in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had been using II for a long time, but I switched to this. It's not sticky, it absorbs easily, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. I also use cream, but lotion is an essential item for me when I'm lacking moisture. I've tried a variety of lotions, but Advanced is the most moisturizing and I think it suits my skin the best. It makes my skin glow when I apply it. Shiseido offers coupons when you buy online, so I'm grateful that I can buy it quite cheaply.
I usually use the moisturizing formula, but this was the first time I tried the very moisturizing formula. I plan to switch to this formula when I'm concerned about inner dryness.
This is a favorite product that I've bought many times. I've used the Superieur and Brightening Elixir products. This summer, I tried the Brightening product again, but I ended up coming back to this one. It's smooth and mellow to use. It spreads really nicely on the skin. It contains mineral oil and saccharomyces fermented liquid, which suits my skin and my own sense of texture perfectly. I apply it with my hands instead of cotton pads. I then gently press it into my skin at the end to allow it to penetrate. It leaves my skin moisturized, radiant, and supple. As I age, I'm dealing with sagging, loose skin, wrinkles, and other issues that are no longer in my control, but I believe this product is the reason I've been able to maintain relatively good skin condition. I hope Shiseido doesn't discontinue this product and keeps it on sale!

Take an appropriate amount and spread it on your face, then rub it in around your neck. It has a moisturizing effect and my skin is no longer rough. Foundation doesn't come off easily.
