How To Use
How To Use
Take an appropriate amount onto your finger or a lip brush and gently blend into your lips. After use, be sure to put the cap back on tightly. Gently blend into areas of your lips that are particularly prone to chapped or cracked, working from top to bottom.

Since it's applied with your fingers, I thought it would be more moisturizing than lipstick, but it didn't blend in as well as I expected and it didn't feel as moisturizing as lipstick... I bought it so I'll try my best to use it up.

At first, the balm was much harder than I expected and I thought it might be difficult to use, but it melts with body heat, so if you leave your finger on it for a few seconds, it comes off easily. I apply this before going to bed after applying lotion to my lips, and my lips are still dry when I wake up in the morning. Because it's a moisturizing balm, it does feel shiny and sticky, but it's lighter than other moisturizing products, so I don't mind. Since I started using this, I've noticed less stinging and peeling due to dryness!
I've bought this product many times. If I apply a generous amount before going to bed at night, my lips are plump and supple the next morning. My lips are sensitive to irritation and prone to peeling, but I can use this product without worry. I'm careful not to run out of it because I'd be in trouble without it, but it's also nice and easy to get anywhere.
It's amazing. For 30 years, I've suffered from chapped, cracked, and dry lips. Applying this thoroughly before bed keeps my lips in good condition until morning, even on dry October days, and I find I need to reapply lip balm less frequently the next day. I'm not sure how well it will hold up in the dry winter weather, but so far, I really like it. I have atopic dermatitis, so I also apply it to areas of my face that are prone to dryness and irritation. --- Update --- Now that winter is here, I basically apply it after washing my face, before bed, and in the morning. I sometimes even apply it again during the day. Even so, it lasted me two and a half months. I've read reviews saying that 1200 yen for something this small isn't good value, but with Nivea's stick lip balm, you have to apply it more frequently, and it's not as moisturizing. In fact, it's actually incredibly good value! The jar type gets my fingertips dirty, so I use this at home and Nivea lip balm when I'm out and about. For me, it's just the right combination.
