Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to combat my husband's gray hair. We were both intrigued by the term "Black Reverse Formula" and bought it hoping for results. We've just started using it, so we don't know if it's effective, but we'd like to continue using it. It seems to be easy to wash without making hair dry.
It's not as stinging as I thought it would be. I want to use the conditioner too.
My husband loves this product. He switched from Perfect Wash, but if you don't have any gray hairs and want to promote hair growth, Perfect Wash seems like a better choice. I like how it doesn't leave a too dry feeling after washing.
It lathers well and cleanses the scalp comfortably without irritation.
