How to use
Wet your face, take an appropriate amount (approximately 1.5-2cm) in the palm of your hand, lather well with cold or lukewarm water, and wash gently, wrapping your face in a cleanser. Then, rinse thoroughly from head to toe.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love Hollywood Cosmetics' enzyme packs, so I was looking for a facial cleanser and found this one. This is my second bottle. It feels incredibly smooth and creamy. My skin feels refreshed after washing, yet still moisturized and not tight. I only use this facial cleanser at AUSE, but the balancer and lotion I received as samples make my skin soft and supple, so I'm considering purchasing them. It removes dirt such as sebum and dead skin cells, so it's an item I'd like to incorporate into my daily skincare routine. However, I have other facial cleansers that I like, so I don't use it every day.
It has a nice smell, is mild, and is easy to use. It doesn't leave my skin feeling particularly tight after washing, which is nice. I've been using it for three days, but I don't feel like there's much difference between it and cheaper products, so I'm looking forward to seeing more in the future.

I bought it after being recommended by a store clerk. It's refreshing and doesn't dry out my skin, so I'm happy with it. Cost-effectively, I would have preferred to buy it again, so I won't be buying it again, but I recommend it for summer.
