Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I honestly underestimated Hollywood cosmetics... A friend recommended them to me, saying they were amazing! After using the AUSE sample I had for about three days, my breakouts calmed down and my dryness subsided a bit! I realized once again that AUSE is the only product for me. It feels a little pricey, but I think of it as an investment in myself and will continue to use it!
I'm getting fewer pimples now!
I originally used Lancôme's lotion and it helped reduce my skin irritation, so I loved it, but it was quite expensive, so I was looking for a product with similar enzyme ingredients, and that's when I came across this. The texture is a little thick, but it doesn't repel and feels like it penetrates well. One pump dispenses a good amount, so as someone who likes to layer, I use half a pump and apply it several times. Since switching to this, I haven't had any skin irritation, so I think it's excellent. I prefer this to the oil-based Lancôme in terms of texture. I would like to use Lancôme again, but as someone who has a lot of different skincare products, I would like to continue using this product, which is reasonably priced and highly functional.
Anyway, it's very moisturizing and keeps my skin hydrated. My rough skin has also calmed down a little!
