How To Use

-Decide the line for your double eyelid and fill in the area from the base of your lashes to that line. -Let the applied liquid dry thoroughly. Once it has completely dried and turned transparent, lightly trace the surface with a cotton swab or the pad of your finger to reduce shine. -Slowly open your eyes by lifting your gaze and the applied area will tighten, creating a natural double eyelid.
