How to use
For morning and evening face care, post-shower body care, and your usual hand and hair care routine. Face care: After preparing your skin with lotion, gently spread Steam Cream from your face to your neck. At night, we recommend applying a generous amount as a Steam Cream pack. Hand care: After washing your hands with soap, disinfecting with alcohol hand gel, or after using a computer for a long time, apply Steam Cream frequently. Steam Cream will thoroughly replenish the moisture and oil lost by soap and disinfectant. The key is to apply it frequently! Body care: After bathing, don't let moisture escape! Applying moisturizing cream within 3 seconds of getting out of the bath is the secret to keeping your whole body beautiful. Apply generously all over your body. Hair care: After shampooing, towel dry your hair and spread Steam Cream all over. Then, dry with a hairdryer for soft and shiny hair.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
