How to use
After shampooing, take an appropriate amount and work it into your hair and scalp, gently massaging it with the palm of your fingers towards the top of your head, then rinse thoroughly. "How to refill into a pump bottle" When cutting, be careful of liquid spilling out and the cut edge. (1) Cut in the direction of the arrow as shown in the illustration. (2) Insert the refill spout into the bottle and secure it, then pour slowly while lightly pressing the "" part. Do not mix with other conditioners. Always refill into a used Clear Moist Scalp Conditioner pump bottle. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the empty bottle and the pump with tap water, dry it, and then refill the entire amount at once. After refilling, record the manufacturing number on this pack or cut it out and attach it to the pump bottle. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
