How to use
(1) Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 100 yen coin for semi-long hair) and apply it to your entire hair, starting from the ends. (2) While combing or brushing your hair, finish by using a hair dryer to straighten it.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When I applied it and blew it, it became straight. I have always avoided hair milks for styling because I have the impression that they are sticky, but this one made my hair smooth. Personally, I thought the scent was too sweet. I have semi-long hair that is below my shoulders, but because I have a lot of hair, I need to use more than 10 pumps, so I'm concerned about the cost-effectiveness.
Even a small amount can be applied all over, and even just applying a little to the ends of your hair makes it very smooth and firm, prevents hair from getting messy, and makes styling your hair easier!!
My hair is thick and voluminous, and using a smooth shampoo makes it even more unmanageable, so I always use oil or mist to control it. When I use Diane's hair milk, dry my hair and go to sleep, it noticeably moisturizes and calms it down, so I use it the day before going out. One pump is not much, so I use 3-5 pumps. I wish it came in a tube type. I'm about to run out of the first one, so I'll keep some!
Diane has a nice scent. And best of all, it's great value for money, so it's my favorite.
