Be careful not to get it in your eyes. Apply from the base of your eyelashes to the tips. Spread the product on your eyelids and under-eye bags with the applicator tip, then blend with your fingers. Apply the product to the base of your eyebrows so that the liquid gets on them.
It's the best value for money. I've been using it for a few months now and my lower eyelashes have definitely grown longer.
