What it is
A cleansing oil for the whole face that adheres to the eyelashes with a thick, glue-like texture and removes waterproof mascara and mascara primer.
Ingredients
Mineral oil, triethylhexanoin, PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, ethylhexyl palmitate, PEG-7 glyceryl coconut oil fatty acid, glyceryl behenate/eicosanedioate, isododecane, isostearyl isostearate, water
How to use
(1) Take 1-2 pumps into your dry hands and gently apply to the eye area with your fingertips. (2) Take another 1-2 pumps into your hands and apply to the entire face. (3) Once the dirt has been lifted, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before use. When first using, remove the stopper and press the pump several times until the contents come out.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is the cleanser that I have used so far that removes the most makeup. I especially recommend it for those who wear heavy makeup or mascara primer. There is no need to apply a mascara remover. It removes everything without rubbing too hard. The only thing I don't like is that it leaves a slightly oily, slimy feeling after washing, so I have to wash my face.
I bought this new product because it caught my eye. It's a thick oil that doesn't drip easily from your hands and is easy to use. The packaging is simple and typical of Kate, which I like. I use more than the recommended amount (3-4 pumps) because I don't like rubbing it into my skin, but even without that, it still removes makeup without any problems. I want to try other products, and there wasn't anything that I absolutely had to use, so I'll use a different product next time. I'll use it again if I feel like it.
I like the simple, hotel-like look. I use FANCL cleansing oil, and it even removed foundation that doesn't come off with hot water. So I used up the first bottle and bought a second one.
I usually wear makeup that comes off with a gentle soap, but in the summer I need to use sweat-resistant makeup (brow brows and mascara), so I bought this to cleanse my eyes. Makeup really is evolving every day. Sweat-resistant makeup is seriously strong. It lasts all day. It doesn't come off even when I wash with soap. That means I have to remove it properly every day. Be gentle, don't scrub.
It's amazing! It removes my Fasio mascara and Kate foundation, which I used to use a point makeup remover for. I'm lazy, so being able to remove my entire face without a dedicated remover is great. I'll definitely buy it again.
