I was always concerned about poor circulation in my extremities and stiffness around my neck, so I bought this to try it out. I wish I had bought it sooner! That's all I can say. I always think that massages are the perfect time to do them when you're tired, but because I'm tired, I just don't feel like doing them... This doesn't require any force, and I can really feel how much it improves circulation. Especially the brush. What's even better is that you can do it yourself on your back, waist, and shoulder blades. It really does feel refreshing. I also feel like it's effective against swelling in the calves and other areas. When I bathe after using this, I sweat a lot. It improves circulation throughout my body, and I think it has a synergistic effect with bathing, but I think the effect is the same for everyone. It made me sweat a lot, and I felt so refreshed. The protrusions are small and the cushion is firm, so it feels harder than the acupressure massage roller. The brush is also sturdy and seems easy to use. If you don't have either the acupressure massage roller or this body massage brush, it seems more convenient to purchase the acupressure massage roller first. I recommend this if you can't reach the acupressure massage roller or if you want a brush!
