Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent isn't as strong as the reviews say, and it's reasonably priced and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, so I keep buying it.
It's neither good nor bad, and was enough for me, who wanted to use it lightly. The scent is certainly a matter of personal preference. I don't mind it, it just reminds me of something I've smelled before. It was surprisingly good for light use.

I bought this because it's getting warmer. I use a moisturizing lotion, massage cream, and moisturizing night cream all together, and at this time of year it's so sticky I'm worried I might get acne. I wanted something refreshing, but I couldn't find it locally, so I bought it through Watashi Plus. Shipping is free, but I didn't get a discount, so it felt expensive. It feels refreshing, yet hydrating, and I didn't feel dry. Since it's not available locally, I'm giving it six stars. I wonder if I could get it cheaper if I had it ordered. The hot weather is still continuing, so I'd like to buy it at a good price next time.
It spreads really well and has a lovely scent. I have dry skin, but it keeps it moisturized for a long time. I use it generously before going to bed in the winter and before applying makeup in the morning. This is the one I buy all the time.
