Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Despite its low price, it leaves your skin feeling very moisturized after washing and removes makeup without any issues. The only downside is that the scent is a bit retro, which I don't really like.
I usually use an oil-type cleanser in the bath, but I wanted to be able to wipe it off while massaging, so I chose the old-fashioned cleansing cream my mother uses. It has a nostalgic floral scent, as expected. It also removes eye makeup beautifully! It doesn't leave as clean as the rinse-off type, so I like to use it leisurely when I have time. It's a large volume and spreads easily, so it's a great value for the money.
I let it soak up the product generously, then I apply a tissue to my skin to absorb it, and then I wash my face with it. Even if I only use sunscreen, it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, and it's versatile enough to remove any heavy makeup, so I consider it a basic cleanser. It's convenient for winter because I can cleanse it indoors and it doesn't leave a feeling too refreshing.
