Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've only just started using it, but it hasn't caused any dryness and I think it's a great value for the money! I wish it was a little more moisturizing, but it seems like it will be good for the upcoming season!

I bought this after reading reviews on Suzykirei. It's non-irritating and odorless, so I can use it with confidence. It has a refreshing feel. I don't see it in stores often, so I'm glad I bought it on Suzykirei Shopping.
Although it is fragrance-free, the ingredients are listed in the order of water and ethanol, so there is a faint smell of ethanol. It feels cool and refreshing the moment you apply it, but it quickly moisturizes and blends into the skin. It's a really easy-to-use lotion that's not addictive and is better suited to skin conditioning than moisturizing. It's sold in fewer stores than the purple-scented Dolux, but I think it's one of the best products.
