Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's thick and spreads easily. I love how it feels deeply moisturizing. I feel safe using this lotion because it doesn't cause dryness or itchiness. The ingredients are great, but the packaging is too retro. I wish it was a little cuter.
I don't like sticky lotions, but this one has just the right amount of moisturizing power. However, the only downside is that it dispenses more than I expected. I wish the opening was a little smaller.
I've always loved creams, but I didn't know where to start using emulsions, until I won a set of Elixir lotion and emulsion, and I discovered emulsions. Elixir is expensive, though. I was thinking of switching to Aqua Label after I finished using it, when I discovered Dolux. It's affordable, after all. You should try it. It's a little hard, and the bottle has a large opening, so it's difficult to get the right amount, but it's surprisingly comfortable to use. It leaves my skin moist and soft. It doesn't dry out even without layering cream. Dolux is a great choice.
Although it's fragrance-free, the smell of the ingredients is quite strong (it reminded me of paints or art supplies). Some people find the smell bothersome, so I think a fragranced version might have been better. It has a thick, cream-like texture, which makes it difficult to get the product out of the bottle, but apparently half a teaspoon is the right amount, so you don't need to use too much. I applied it to my face and body, and it was non-irritating and moisturizing, leaving my skin smooth the next morning. It's easy to see why it's such a long-selling product. It's pleasant to use, so if they could do something about the smell of the ingredients, I might buy it again.
