Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a distinctive naginata shape. It can be used to draw thin or thick lines, so it's convenient to have one pen for two different uses. The tip is soft, so you can draw beautifully without applying too much pressure.
I've been using Maquillage eyebrow pencils for many years. Looking for a change, I tried the Prior Eyebrow. Compared to the stylish black form of the Maquillage, the soft, plump form is adorable. Comparing it to Maquillage, there were two major differences. The first is that the tip is soft, allowing you to apply it smoothly without applying pressure. The second is that the included brush feels nice to the touch. Prior advertises itself as a brand aimed at older adults, so I was surprised to see these little touches (for adults) that make them so appealing. Personally, after trying the Prior Eyebrow, I'll never go back to Maquillage. I plan to try the Prior mascara next.
I had purchased it in a physical store and knew how good the product was, so this time I only purchased the refill cartridge. I really like the naginata-shaped design. I also like the color and it's smooth to draw with. I'll definitely buy it again when I run out. I love it.
I've tried a few thicker eyebrow pencils to save time in the morning, but thicker ones tend to be softer and more prone to smudging. This one is the least smudging and is the easiest to apply, so I bought the refill (I don't usually buy repeat purchases because I like to try new products in case there's something better). Of course, it does disappear when rubbed, but the refill is affordable and perfect for this quality. I'm not sure about the lifting effect, lol. I wish they had more brighter and warmer colors.
It can't paint every single hair, but it can be painted smoothly.
