Apply after applying lipstick, following the lip outline. If you want to keep the lipstick finish in place, fill in the entire lip with lip pencil after drawing the outline, and then apply lipstick on top.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's easy to apply and has good color payoff. I was relieved that it didn't dry out my lips.
The color is nice, it's easy to apply, and it doesn't come off easily, which is great, but it's expensive, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
I received it as a gift and liked it so much that I bought it. Dior lip pencils are great because they don't come off, but I never liked the color, so I kept buying and failing, but Bobbi has never failed me. Even if the quality is good, if you don't like the color, there's no way I can use it.
It's easy to apply, the color doesn't stand out too much, and it beautifully corrects the lip line. I think it's a good color for those who like muted colors. However, it's a little pricey. It's also shorter than my favorite MAC lip pencil. I don't think I'll buy it again.
