What it is
Signs of aging appear on the hands. Hands, which tend to be neglected, are in need of serious anti-aging care. Humanano Hand & Nail Cream provides anti-aging care for both hands and nails at the same time with just one product. It contains a new formulation of keratin factor (human oligopeptide-5), a protein that forms nails, protecting hands that tend to become dry and brittle with age and protecting nails from dryness and damage. It penetrates deep into dry, aging nails (down to the stratum corneum) to moisturize them. In addition, five human-type ingredients and beauty ingredients such as vitamin B and coenzyme Q10 support hand aging, moisturizing them while preventing dryness, leading to clear, fresh hands. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

After application, it doesn't feel sticky, so I can use it for other purposes. However, I'm not sure if it's effective against aging. I bought it because I can feel my hands aging. I'll look for a different product.
I was looking for something that would care for my hands and nails and also help with aging, and I found this. I like that it doesn't have any particular scent and doesn't interfere with perfume. It's not sticky and is comfortable to use.
I started using it about a month ago and I feel like the wrinkles on my hands have gotten much thinner. I didn't really take care of my hands, but since I started using disinfectant more frequently during the coronavirus pandemic, I've been concerned about dryness. It's fragrance-free, so I'm grateful that it's easy to use at work. I also really like the luxurious gold packaging.
