Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It works on dry skin. I don't feel it has any effect on wrinkles. It's not too thick or too loose, but just right. It's a little sticky compared to other eye creams.
Considering the price, it's a really good value! I bought a great facial beauty device, so I thought maybe I should try lowering the quality of my eye cream... and bought this. It's moisturizing, and since I only use it at night, I don't mind the slight stickiness at all. Thanks to the facial beauty device, the dry wrinkles around my eyes have improved significantly! I'd like to buy it again and use it for a long time.
I used it as an eye cream. It was sticky, but it was my first eye cream so I don't know if this is normal. I won't be buying it again.
I bought this for my mother. It contains retinol and collagen, and I think it's a great deal for the amount and price. I think it's moisturizing enough. To be honest, I didn't notice much effect on wrinkles or anything like that. The cream is quite thick, so if I use it in the morning, it might affect the makeup I wear afterwards. I think it's best to apply a generous amount at night before going to bed.
