Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's long-lasting and easy to apply. I mainly use it only on the outer corners of my eyes, when I want to lift them up. The color is extremely dark, so if you don't use it properly, it can give off a Showa-era vibe, so be careful. Dark eyeliner isn't in fashion these days, so I don't use it much, but it's a unique shape so it's handy to have in stock. The color and brush stiffness are similar to Shu Uemura's liquid eyeliner, so if you like that, I recommend this one as it's easier to apply on the outer corners of your eyes.

The beauty consultant drew a beautiful line with it, so I bought the same one without even checking the price. It's quite expensive, but it's good! It's an unusually shaped liner, but it's quite easy to apply. And the best part is that it doesn't smudge! I've used a ridiculous amount of liners. I've tried almost every affordable liner on the list, and they almost always smudge at the outer corner of my eye. But this one draws a beautiful, sharp line all the way to the outer corner! And it doesn't smudge on my lower lid!! There aren't many reviews, but I wish they'd told me about it sooner. I highly recommend this to people with single eyelids like me. It's quite expensive, and only available in limited locations, so I'm giving it six stars. SHISEID, as you'd expect from the world-famous SHISEIDO.
