Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've just started using it, so I haven't noticed much of a whitening effect, but the other effects are average. I'm still using it because it doesn't irritate my skin.
I was curious about the reputation of Kiehl's, so I bought it at this great opportunity. It was inconvenient that the Japanese instructions did not say what to apply and when to apply it. I apply it only in the morning after applying lotion to my entire face. It has a heavy texture and spreads neither well nor badly. With continued use, rather than fading blemishes, my face has started to tone up. It feels like my skin is gradually becoming whiter. I will continue using it.
I've been using it for a month now and I'm not sure about the effect. I'm using it together with the same brand's ethynol serum, so maybe I just don't know the effect of this product on its own.
The scent is lavender. The texture is lighter than I expected. I have the impression that COSDECO's liposome has a stronger moisturizing effect. It is said to be effective on acne scars, so I would like to try using up the entire 50ml.
