What it is
This anti-aging hand cream moisturizes your hands and fingers while protecting them from external factors such as dryness. Reflecting your inner self as you age, you can always be yourself. It quickly penetrates deep into the stratum corneum, leaving no sticky feeling. After massaging a generous amount of hand cream into both hands, all the way down to your wrists, wrap in a towel and leave on for about 5 minutes to use as a hand mask (pack). How to use
Massage the cream into your hands and fingers, especially if you feel dry. It can also be used as a hand mask. Massage a generous amount of hand cream into both hands, working your way up to your wrists, then wrap your hands in a towel and leave them for about 5 minutes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to reduce the time it takes to wash my baby's head in the bath and to be soothed by the natural scent. It leaves the hair moist and shiny, much better than regular shampoo. I also gave it to a friend as a birthday gift. However, regular shampoo leaves the scalp feeling cleaner.
I was curious about this product because it was one of the best cosmetics of the first half of the year, so I bought it. The massage on the scalp is refreshing. At first, I was worried that I could shampoo just by applying it, but I don't know if it removes dirt, but it feels refreshing. However, it's good in the summer, but it might be cold in the winter (lol). My hair doesn't feel squeaky, so I'll keep using it for now!
I bought this to save time. The cooling effect of menthol is amazing. I was worried about my scalp getting sticky during the hot summer, but since I started using the Refreshing Shampoo Balm, I no longer feel sticky. My hair is also moisturized. It's a must-have for the summer.
It doesn't lather like shampoo so it feels a bit strange at first, but after washing it leaves your hair feeling refreshed and smooth, which is great!
