Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is a vitamin serum that I have been purchasing repeatedly for years. The moment I apply it, I feel a gentle warmth and know it's working. After using it, my pores feel tighter, and my makeup goes on so much better, which is why I can't live without it. I feel so uneasy without it, and it's a serum I want to continue using for a long time to come.
It is classified as a beauty serum, but it is a yellowish, smooth cream. It has a citrus scent. It is a cream that does not feel moist, but feels warm when spread. It feels like a smooth base for pores. I use it to get rid of pores on my nose and cheeks and blemishes around my eyes, but I feel it is especially effective on the pores on my nose. Depending on the compatibility with the makeup base, it may cause flaky skin, so it is best to use it at night.
I have sensitive skin, but I was able to use it without any stinging. It warms up gently. It feels like a film.
It's a slightly yellow cream-like serum that sometimes tingles when you apply it. I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, but I feel like my skin is in better condition when I have it on.
Kiehl's is one of my favorite brands and I buy various series. It has a mysterious texture. It's fluffy, and the feeling when I applied it was like nothing I'd ever felt before with skincare. I really like it. It tingles a little, but it doesn't hurt, and it feels like it's working on my pores and leaves my skin matte like a soufflé. It doesn't dry out my skin, and I'd like other people to try it too. I'll definitely be buying it again!
