Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried using this in the summer because I was concerned about my skin's stickiness and shine. It cleanses my skin thoroughly, but doesn't leave it feeling too tight. It lathers well and cleanses my face thoroughly.
This is my impression after using up the entire bottle. It's not a bad face wash, but I think many people who buy this type of face wash are looking for a refreshing feeling, but this one doesn't. It doesn't make my skin feel tight and it feels moisturized, but it doesn't feel refreshing. I don't understand what it means to have a "refreshing wash." Even when I alternated it with Kiehl's Cleanser UFC, I didn't notice much difference. I didn't see any reason to choose this one. If you're looking for a refreshing wash, I would recommend Rare Earth Deep Cleanser or DS Clearly Bright Exfoliating Cleanser. I wish there was a face wash that had a more refreshing feeling for oily skin.
