Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was starting to feel dry around my eyes, so after consulting with a beauty advisor, I decided to purchase this cream. I like how even a small amount spreads well and provides excellent moisturizing benefits.
I'm currently using a sample. This eye cream has been extremely effective for me. It works incredibly quickly. It's a thick white cream, but I apply a small amount, about the size of a grain of rice, around each eye. It blends in well. It's supposed to be used after applying lotion, but I use it before. I was so impressed with how the fine lines around my eyes tightened immediately after applying it. I've decided to buy it!
It's a type that you use after applying lotion. However, I was surprised at how light it is. I was previously told by another brand that "this is a cream that doesn't contain moisture, so please use it immediately after applying lotion when your skin is already moisturized." This made me wonder why I should use it after applying lotion... so it spreads very easily. It's not good to rub around the eyes, so it's easy to use in that respect. It's also soothing and I like it. It's small, but a small amount is enough, so it's surprisingly good value for money. However, I'm not sure about the effectiveness... it's an item I'd like to use if I feel like it.
As the saying goes, "the last thing you want is a present worry," and dark circles are just that... and that has been my problem lately.
