Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was quite smooth and a little difficult to use, but it did a good job of removing makeup. I didn't feel any dryness after washing.
You use it with dry hands, loosen it with a little water, and then rinse it off. The scent is nice and I like it! The instructions say to lock the pump after use, but I don't know how to lock it.
The liquid is quite light and refreshing. It has a herbal scent. It's good that you don't need to wash your face twice.
The scent was really nice. It removed my foundation well, so I'd like to continue using it occasionally.
I used the 40ml bottle that came with the advent calendar. It's a smooth oil. It removes makeup well, is refreshing, and doesn't require double cleansing. It doesn't remove dullness like Shu's Botanic Cleansing Oil, and it's so smooth that it feels like it's rubbing my skin, but the lavender scent is soothing, so I might buy it someday.
