How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After washing your face, take an appropriate amount (one pump) in your hand and apply it to your entire face. Gently blend it in thoroughly with your palm. Apply more to areas where dryness is a concern.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have very sensitive skin, so I can't really comment on it, but when I used it when my skin was sensitive, it stinged a little. But I like how moist it feels when I use it, so I think I'll continue using it when my skin isn't sensitive.
It doesn't irritate or dry out my skin, and since it's all-in-one it's quick and easy to use, so I'm generally satisfied with it.
Ken Gen Do All-in-One Moisture Gel has an excellent rich moisturizing effect, moisturizes the area around the eyes and mouth, and makes fine lines less noticeable!!! It is also gentle on dry skin, so I highly recommend it!
This one bottle gives a certain amount of moisture and keeps it moisturized. If I continue to use it for a little longer and it works well, I think I'll buy the red bottle in the spring. I bought it after seeing it recommended on YouTube to save time in the morning. It feels okay to use. It's not great, but I didn't have any problems.
I have extremely dry skin, so no matter what I put on, it always ends up drying out my skin, so I'm trying out a variety of products. This is an all-in-one type, so I'm trying it out to see if it will help me save time in the morning. It spreads well, and one push is enough for the whole face. It's been about a week, and it feels good. I'm looking forward to using up the whole bottle and seeing what happens.
