How to use
Always refill into the Aqua Label Special Jelly container before use. After washing your face in the morning and evening, pump 1-2 times into the palm of your hand and massage in. <How to refill> (1) Hold the bottom of the pump on the container and turn it to remove it. (2) While firmly holding the base of the spout, remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout into the container and slowly pour in the contents. (4) Insert the pump into the container and close it tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a thick skin and have never had any skin problems from cosmetics, but the alcohol taste and discomfort I felt were at a level that would be better off not using it at all. I bought it because it had good reviews, but it wasn't very moisturizing and wasn't great for use as an all-in-one product. I use it as a lotion. It has a strong alcohol flavor, so those with sensitive skin should be careful.
