Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The texture is not too loose or too hard, so it's very easy to apply, and it has a moisturizing effect that keeps your hands moisturized until you wash them. It's fragrance-free. I forgot if it's a limited edition, but if it's a standard item, I'll buy it again♪
The size is small, so it's perfect to carry around in a pouch. I don't like stickiness or fragrances, so this is just right for me, but even though it's fragrance-free, it has a unique smell. It's convenient when you want to quickly moisturize your skin outside. Depending on how you use it, I think it's good value for money. Above all, I like the packaging.
I don't think I would have used it if it hadn't been in the advent calendar. It's easy to use because it's not sticky despite being a rich cream. It's a scentless cream, so it doesn't get in the way when you're not feeling well or when you want to enjoy the scent of perfume. However, since hand cream is not a necessity, I wish it had some packaging or scent that would lift my mood.
