Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This hand cream is a must-have for the coming cold season. It has a light texture, is fragrance-free, and is easy to use without being sticky. It has good moisturizing power, so it keeps my hands moisturized for a long time, which suits me. My husband likes it too.
I bought it after reading reviews! It's hard to find in stores, but I found it at Yodobashi Camera. (It's also available online.) It feels great to use! I bought this because I was attracted by the name "Hand Cream Serum." It's easy to use because it's not sticky. I've always used Locobase Repair Cream, so this feels much lighter than it does. Maybe that's why I don't really feel like my hands are moisturized, but they look beautiful, so I guess it's caring for them from the inside out. The packaging doesn't look as cheap as other Kikumasamune products (sorry), so I'd like to keep using it for a while.
It had a firm texture and a moist finish. It blends in well and is odorless, so it can be used in the office or during the day. I think it's more for when you want to rest your hands or at night. It's not a negative factor in terms of ease of use. It's just that it's not a refreshing type for the daytime. That being said, the packaging is kind of cute.
