Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but I was looking for a full-body shampoo and bought this. The scent is subtle and slightly sweet, which is great. It doesn't make my hair feel rough and it cleanses my body nicely. I have no complaints. I plan to continue using it.
I keep buying it. It's mainly used by my family and children who have dry but oily skin and a tendency to develop atopic dermatitis. Apparently it's convenient because it can be used as both shampoo and body soap, allowing you to wash your entire body in one go. I use it occasionally too, and it gives me peace of mind. I can't stand the scent of Minon's basic cosmetics either, so I wish they would make them all fragrance-free.
