What it is
This hand cream envelops your hands in the rich moisture of honey. It absorbs quickly and feels smooth and non-sticky. Formulated with white tea and propolis extract to protect hands exposed to the sun, it leaves them translucent and smooth. *Slightly sweet organic orange scent. *Suitable for children 3 years and older. *Packaging and ingredients may change without notice.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I like Neal's Yard because it doesn't contain any unnecessary additives. The container is cute and easy to carry. The scent doesn't last very long, but the moisturizing effect lasts.
It's a smooth white cream that moisturizes for a long time yet quickly absorbs, making it truly a high-quality hand cream. The scent isn't the familiar orange scent alone, but rather a sweet honey scent with a hint of bitterness. At first I thought, "Hmm?", but it gradually became less of a concern. Some people may like it and others may not. It's easy to use, and because it comes in a plastic container, you can shake it and use it all up, so it was stress-free in every way. It can't be helped, but I wish the price was a little lower.
