What it is
This lip balm provides rich moisture for dry lips. It contains beeswax and coconut oil to soften lips, and cocoa butter for hydration, helping to combat dryness. It melts into your lips, leaving them radiantly moisturized. *A subtle, sweet organic orange scent. *Suitable for children 3 years and older. *Packaging and ingredients may change without notice.

How to use
Apply a small amount to dry lips, hands, elbows, and other areas. Staff recommendation: "Easy 5-minute lip treatment!" Apply a generous amount of balm to your lips, cover with plastic wrap, and leave on for about 5 minutes. Then, point both sides of your lips slightly upwards for 3 seconds to lift the corners of your mouth and leave your lips feeling moisturized!

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since it's a balm, you apply it by placing it on your lips with your fingers. If you're used to lip balms that you swirl around and don't like getting balm on your fingers, I wouldn't recommend this. For me, this is a balm that I can't live without when it comes to dry lips. It may be a little pricey, but depending on how often you use it, it can last for almost a year.
I've been using it for years because it's non-irritating and doesn't have an unpleasant smell.
I received this as a gift. It feels like oil and moisturizes the skin when you first apply it, but the effect doesn't last. I have to reapply it quite frequently.
I bought this product because it was recommended as being great for dry lips. Its rich, soft texture moisturizes dry lips without any unpleasant stickiness, making it a reliable product. I also like the natural scent. I found it to be long-lasting, but it does come off after drinking or eating or drinking from a cup. It's neither good nor bad. However, it does moisturize very well, and I love the cute bee on the packaging.
It's a little pricey for a lipstick, but since it's from Neal's Yard, I was excited to buy it. It looks good when you apply it, but it doesn't last. You'll find yourself reapplying it before you know it. At this price, I won't be buying it again.
