[1] Remove the cap straight. [2] Turn on the power. [3] Turn off the power when you're done brushing. [Brushing your teeth] Move the device with your hand to brush your teeth. [Brushing your tongue] Lightly place the tongue brush on your tongue and move the device with your hand. [4] When you're done using the brush, remove it and rinse it with water.
