What it is
The water capsules pop, transforming the powder into a liquid tint! At first, it has a natural, fluffy powder feel, but as the water capsules pop, it transforms into a tint. It has a light feel and keeps your brows fluffy while adhering for a long time. It stays on until you remove it. It's a tint that doesn't peel off, so you don't need to touch up your makeup! Contains moisturizing ingredients such as rosemary leaf extract, coconut water, soybean seed extract, rose extract, and pearl extract. Burgundy Brown: Recommended for reddish-brown hair.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
