The key is to use just the right amount of pressure, as if you are moving your muscles. When your fingers no longer slide easily, add more cream.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a sample product. All the samples I received this time had a small amount of content, so it was difficult to judge anything. I couldn't tell if it had a good scent or not. I guess it's fragrance-free, but I think it's a very good point that even a small amount is enough.
I was able to use it normally without any irritation. Compared to the other gold cream, it feels refreshing? Maybe. If you want more moisture, I recommend the gold one. Personally, I use HAKU as my serum, so I felt like I didn't need a whitening cream like this one. However, it was easy to use and had no adverse effects on my skin, so I think I'll repurchase it again if I feel like it.
If I finish with lotion, my skin becomes dry, so I also added cream. It's fine in the summer, but in the winter, my skin becomes dry even when I use this cream, perhaps because it's a light cream.
