Ingredients

Water, calcium carbonate, glycerin, silica, sodium cocoyl glutamate, sea salt, xylitol, carrageenan, chamomile flower extract*, xanthan gum, sodium alginate, denat. alcohol (derived from wheat)*, peppermint oil*, mentha chili oil, fragrance. *Ingredients marked with an asterisk are certified organic in Europe.

How To Use

After rinsing your mouth, take an appropriate amount onto your toothbrush and brush your teeth slowly. When brushing, move the brush in small movements, placing the brush on your teeth and gums and brushing carefully. It is recommended to brush each area back and forth about 20 times. Choose a toothbrush with as tight and soft a texture as possible.
