Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my first time purchasing Ayura cotton. It's the perfect size and the thickest I've ever used! I use it for wiping, so it's great because it absorbs the lotion and is perfect for use.

I tried the sample when I bought Ayura and liked it so much that I bought the full size. It doesn't pill and is a good size. It feels a little stiff, but I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't like cotton pilling.
I was running low on cotton pads, and I wanted some to use as a toner wipe, so I bought these with points from Suzykirei. They're a bit stiff with mesh inside. So far, they're neither good nor bad. I probably won't buy them again once I've used up the toner wipes. However, they don't pill easily, so they might be good for people looking for cotton pads like that.
