How to use
After washing your face, take an appropriate amount (approximately 3cm in diameter) onto your palm or a cotton pad and pat it onto your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've just started using it, but it's very moisturizing and hydrates my skin! I'll use it for a while and see how it goes.
It's good value for money and I've been using it for years in combination with the lotion because I haven't had any skin problems. I like that you can use a generous amount. It also has a nice scent.
I picked it up because of its cute appearance. It's a thick lotion. Its name says it's rich and moisturizing, and it certainly does feel rich. The natural rose scent is soft yet gorgeous. It doesn't irritate my skin and is easy to use. If you prefer a refreshing lotion in the summer, it might be a bit heavy. I have dry skin, so this moisturizing feeling suits me.
