Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this for my sister and used a little of it. It's a moisturizing, highly hydrating treatment. It might be a bit heavy for those who don't like sticky hair. The scent is a gentle rose scent, but it doesn't smell like fresh flowers. I bought the tube type, which is great because it doesn't take up much space. It spreads quite well, so even a small amount is fine, and it seems to last longer than I expected.
I could feel the benefits after just one use! It moisturizes my hair and leaves it smooth to the touch. I also noticed that it dries faster than usual with a hair dryer. My bangs tend to be a little curly, so I was surprised to see that they were noticeably straighter than usual after drying! I purchased the treatment alone, but it also makes me want to try Loretta's shampoo.
I like it because it's easy to use, the cost performance is excellent, and the packaging is cute.
I bought this because I wanted to try a slightly better treatment every once in a while. This treatment really makes my hair smooth and supple! My hair is thin, damaged at the ends, and prone to tangles, but after drying it, the dryness and roughness disappeared, and it became so much easier to run my fingers through, which I was amazed at. The scent is rose. It's not a very strong rose scent, but it's a scent I like. This was so good that I want to try Loretta's even better treatment for special days.
I think I bought it at Loft. I've been using this one for about a year now, occasionally using other ones when I feel like it. There are a lot of good ones out there, but I always come back to this one lol. I also use a lot of other ones, so it's probably not just this one, but I think it's one of the reasons for the improvement! The top photo is before use, and the bottom is after about six months of use! (The bottom one is after a salon treatment, so it's not really comparable, haha.)
